As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and owner of Hope In Motion PLLC, I work with adults and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, people-pleasing, burnout, life transitions, communication difficulties, adult child estrangement, and the emotional exhaustion that comes from constantly trying to hold everything together.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, while also recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I believe meaningful therapy requires honesty, self-awareness, practical tools, and a therapeutic relationship built on trust and authenticity.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals navigating anxiety disorders, perfectionism, relationship stress, emotional dysregulation, low self-worth, family estrangement, and the pressure of trying to meet everyone else’s expectations while losing themselves in the process.
Clients often describe me as direct, compassionate, grounded, and easy to talk to. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your coping skills, challenge unhealthy patterns, and reconnect with the version of yourself that may feel buried under stress, fear, or self-doubt.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a wife, mother, grandmother, writer, and dog lover who deeply values authenticity, personal integrity, and meaningful human connection.
